PumpCurrent is designed to show what a public source supports, what the platform interprets and what remains unconfirmed.
Official sources are used where available. When official sources conflict, the record keeps the competing wording and carries an Official sources differ label. Secondary material remains visibly labelled and is not upgraded by presentation.
Each record retains its source IDs, source links, access dates and a last-verification date. For records with an intelligence history, the original baseline and every later source-linked observation remain available when the current snapshot changes.
PumpCurrent does not choose a preferred capacity or date merely to simplify a page. Simultaneous conflicts remain visible. A later source that explicitly updates an earlier target is recorded as a dated change, while the earlier value is preserved as history.
Verified facts repeat only what the cited source supports. PumpCurrent analysis is explicitly labelled as interpretation. A generic technical source may define an interface, but it does not become evidence of a project's exact equipment or vendor. Unknown contractors, consultants, brands, packages and procurement timing remain unconfirmed.
Material factual corrections should identify the affected statement, update the source record and verification date, and preserve a clear change history in the operating workflow.
The record uses a named official source for the displayed factual statements.
